How REQUIP XL
Works
REQUIP XL Acts Like Dopamine
The action of REQUIP XL is similar to dopamine, a key chemical messenger that communicates movement signals from the brain to the rest of the body. By acting like dopamine, REQUIP XL lessens the symptoms of Parkinsons disease in most patients. Parkinsons disease is a progressive disease, so maintaining a normal, active lifestyle can be a challenge. REQUIP XL helps patients with everyday activities like walking, writing, talking, and dressing.
REQUIP XL is a once-daily treatment that delivers medicine smoothly or continuously throughout the day, with fewer ups and downs in medicine levels. People who have both early- and late-stage Parkinsons disease can use REQUIP XL.
